Timekeeping:

 

Please arrive at your appointment time as I may be with another client prior to your appointment.
If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible.  Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a charge may apply.
 
Payments:
Payments can be made in various ways. I accept all major debit and credit cards except for American Express. Payments under £30 can be made via our contactless terminal or via Apple Pay. You can pay online or via bank transfer. All online bookings will require card capture or full payment via card or paypal.

Cancellations and No Shows:
Please check your reservation email and confirmation email to remind yourself of your appointment date and time.
Please try to give 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment as this gives me time to offer your slot to another client.  Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 
 
Children:
Due to insurance and health & safety restrictions I am unable to accommodate children under 16 in the salon without exception. 
 
Health:
If you have any cold or flu symptoms or sickness bugs please call to rearrange your appointment.
 
If you have any contagious conditions such as verruca’s, warts, conjunctivitis, cold sores etc. It is essential that you let me know in advance, as I may not be able to proceed with your treatment due to the risk of cross infection.
 
Phones:
Whilst I appreciate that we all need to take that important call from time to time, using your phone during your nail appointment can slow me down or affect the quality of my work. Please take the time to relax and switch off during your treatment.
 
Guarantee:
Enhancements and Gel Polish manicures are not indestructible, and the aftercare advice given should be adhered to, to achieve optimum results. Nail coatings are designed to last between two and three weeks, but chips and breakages can occasionally happen. I am happy to offer a free repair within the first 48hrs of your appointment and repairs after this time will be charged per nail.
